This vegetable omelet is a great breakfast for the whole family. The omelet is tasty, satisfying and healthy. The dish is prepared quickly and very simply. The specified amount of food is enough for 3 servings.
It is necessary
- - potatoes - 2 pcs.;
- - tomato - 1 pc.;
- - eggs - 3 pcs.;
- - broccoli - 150 g;
- - cheddar cheese - 400 g;
- - sour cream 15% - 50 g;
- - vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - a mixture of greens (dill, parsley, cilantro) - 20 g;
- - salt - a pinch;
- - ground black pepper - a pinch.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the potatoes with water and boil until tender. Then peel and cut into thin slices. Boil broccoli in salted water until half cooked (2-3 minutes). Cool, cut into slices. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
Step 2
Beat eggs with a mixer, salt and pepper. Add sour cream and whisk the mixture again.
Step 3
Cut the cheese into cubes or grate on a coarse grater. Rinse greens with water, remove coarse stems, chop finely. Combine cheese and herbs, stir.
Step 4
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Place potatoes on the bottom, then broccoli and tomato slices. Pour the egg and sour cream mixture over the vegetables. Sprinkle with a mixture of cheese and herbs on top. Bake the omelet in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes (until golden brown). Breakfast is ready! Bon Appetit!
