This dessert has absorbed all the best from our sweets. This is both cookies, and candy, and a cake. Such a treat will not leave indifferent any sweet tooth and will certainly please the children.
It is necessary
- - 20 pieces of Ladybug sweets;
- - 50 ml of milk;
- - 1 egg;
- - 50 g of sugar;
- - 50 g butter;
- - 1 tbsp. flour;
- - pistachios for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Take about twenty "Cow" candies and cut them into small pieces, and melt in a water bath. Try to buy fresh and soft candies with a gooey filling, so they will melt faster and the dessert will turn out to be creamy and tasty. Add 50 grams of milk, it will give the filling elasticity.
Step 2
While the candies are heating, beat one egg, adding 50 grams of sugar to it.
Step 3
When the candies are melted, add 50 grams of butter to them and stir until smooth - this will become the basis for the dough. Remove the mixture from the stove and let it cool slightly. Then add the beaten egg with sugar and a glass of flour to it. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 4
Put the dough in molds, add green pistachios on top (you can use different nuts to taste: hazelnuts, pine nuts, walnuts, etc.). Place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 20-25 minutes. This dish will take less than an hour to prepare, but in the end you will end up with a treat worthy of the highest praise.
