- - milk 2, 5% - 200 ml;
- - dark beer - 200 ml;
- - butter - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - eggs - 4 pcs.;
- - stale wheat bread - 8 slices;
- - bread crumbs - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - mustard powder - 0.5 tsp;
- - cumin - 1 tsp;
- - salt - 0.5 tsp.
Instructions
Step 1
Separate the yolks from the whites. Mash the yolks with salt, caraway seeds and mustard. Pour milk into the mixture and mix with a mixer.
Step 2
Cut the cheese into cubes. Cut the crusts from the bread, cut the bread into cubes. Mix bread and cheese, pour over the egg-milk mixture. Leave it on for 5 minutes to soak the bread and then pour in the beer.
Step 3
Beat the egg whites into a stable foam, combine with bread and cheese. Mix gently.
Step 4
