  • - 500 g rhubarb stalks;
  • - 100 g of sugar.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the rhubarb, peel, cut into strips equal to the length of your mold. Place the rhubarb strips in a skillet, sprinkle with 50 g of sugar, simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, turning occasionally.

Step 2

Add 50 g of sugar to a frying pan to the rhubarb and the juice that formed during the stewing, cook for 2 minutes over low heat. After that, put the rhubarb in a mold covered with baking paper in advance. Top with sugar syrup.

Step 3

Beat the eggs with regular sugar and vanilla sugar, the mass should increase in volume. Add softened butter. Add the ground almonds without stopping whisking. Then add flour and baking powder.

Pour the resulting dough into the rhubarb in a mold. Place in an oven preheated to 190 degrees. Bake the rhubarb and almond pie for 25-30 minutes. Please check the cookiness of the cake yourself, as cooking times may vary due to oven and pan size.
