The taste of pasta depends on which sauce you serve it with. I learned how to cook pasta with the taste and aroma of Spain. Sweet orange sauce and seafood remind me of warm days by the sea.
It is necessary
- - 200 g of any pasta,
- - 200 g of large peeled shrimps,
- - 1 onion,
- 1/2 cup pitted olives
- - 1 tsp. vinegar
- - 2 small tomatoes,
- - 2 tbsp. l. orange juice
- - 1 tsp. orange peel
- - ground cumin,
- - salt and pepper to taste,
- - vegetable oil,
- - greens.
Instructions
Step 1
Put the pan on the fire, fry the shrimp on each side for 2 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and cumin. We put it aside.
Step 2
My onions, peel, finely chop. Fry until soft, add chopped peeled tomatoes, olives (cut into halves) to the onion, pour with orange juice and vinegar, salt.
Step 3
We spread the shrimp to the vegetables. Boil the pasta until tender. Mix with the resulting sauce. Sprinkle the finished dish with orange zest. Decorate with herbs.
