  • - 1/2 teaspoon ground chili
  • - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • - 2 tbsp. l olive oil
  • - a bunch of fresh parsley
  • - salt to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Cooking the sauce. Peel the onion and cut into large cubes. Blanch the tomatoes, remove the skin and cut into 4 pieces. Peel the avocado, cut it in half, take out the pit and also cut it into large pieces. We clean the garlic. Put everything in a blender, add olive oil, chili, oregano, salt and puree.

Step 2

We wash the beans under running water and mix with the prepared sauce. Place the taco cakes on a baking sheet and put them in the oven at 180 ° C for 5 minutes so that they become crispy. Wash parsley, dry and chop coarsely. Grate the cheese. Fill each cake with the prepared bean filling, sprinkle with grated cheese and parsley on top.

You can use ready-made taco mixes instead of the suggested seasonings. They include salt, onions, peppers, cumin, garlic, oregano. Serve the tacos right away while the tortillas are still warm. Beer goes well with this dish.
