It is necessary

  • - octopus meat;
  • - Red onion;
  • - salt;
  • - vinegar;
  • - pepper;
  • - oyster sauce;
  • - Cherry tomatoes;
  • - olive oil.

Instructions

Step 1

First of all, prepare the onion - take 5 red onions, cut them into thin rings, then scald them. Mix in a glass of water table vinegar (4 tablespoons) and salt (1 teaspoon) and place the chopped onion there for an hour.

Step 2

Remove the ink sacs, eyes, and all entrails from the octopuses. Take a saucepan, boil water in it and immerse each octopus in it for a minute and a half.

Step 3

Peel the meat and skins. Take plastic wrap and wrap the octopuses in it, then beat them with a hammer.

Step 4

Take a baking sheet, line it with foil, place the wrapped octopuses on top of it and place in the oven preheated to 200 degrees.

Step 5

Bake the meat for 10 minutes, then drain the juice that appears.

Step 6

Brush the meat with oyster sauce, add pepper.

Step 7

Increase the temperature to 250 degrees and bake the octopus for another 10 minutes.

Step 8

Transfer them to a platter, add olive oil, and garnish with pickled onions and cherry tomatoes.
