It would seem that with today's abundance of products in stores, who can be surprised by ordinary potatoes. But having cooked potatoes according to the proposed recipe, you can proudly put them on the festive table, and this despite the fact that you will spend very little time and effort on cooking.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 2 pcs.
- Ham - 30 g
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 3 prongs
- Sour cream - 30 g
- Marjoram - 3 leaves
- Parsley
- Salt
- Ground pepper
- Butter - 10 g
- Olive oil - 1 large spoon
Preparation:
- Peel and finely chop the onion. Grate the ham.
- Next, we proceed to the preparation of the potatoes, cut off the lid from it along the length with a thickness of about 1 cm. The middle is carefully cut out of most of the potato, it is better to do this with a special knife for peeling vegetables. The output is a kind of potato boat.
- Let's prepare the filling. Chopped onion is sent to a preheated pan with olive oil and fried until a beautiful golden crust. When the onion is almost ready, grated ham is added to it, for about 2 minutes. You can experiment with the filling and find what is right for you.
- Let's move on to the sauce. Put finely chopped herbs and garlic, passed through the garlic, into the prepared sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Then the sauce is sent to the refrigerator so that it is well saturated with the aromas of herbs and spices.
- Potatoes are fried in a hot frying pan until golden brown on all sides, together with lids.
- Next, each potato should be slightly salted and stuffed with filling, pour over the sauce. Cover the potato boat with a lid and wrap it in foil.
- Each potato is wrapped separately. We heat the oven to 180 degrees and send the potatoes into it for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, the potatoes are ready and you just have to serve them on the table, decorating them with herbs.
