Wash and dry the fruit. Peel the apples, bananas and pears, cut into slices and drizzle with lemon juice to prevent the fruit from darkening. Peel and cut oranges and tangerines. Fry the walnut kernels and then grind in a mortar. Pour chopped nuts and coconut into small bowls.
