  • - 150 grams of canned mushrooms
  • - 130 grams of chicken fillet
  • - 2 chicken eggs
  • - 2 medium sized potatoes
  • - 1 salad onion (you can even a little more)
  • - a bunch of dill (about 25 grams)
  • - 150 grams of mayonnaise
  • - salt

Instructions

Step 1

Before you start preparing the Polyanka salad, boil all the eggs, potatoes and chicken fillet. Leave to cool. Fill the eggs immediately with cold water to make it easier to remove the shells. Prepare other ingredients: wash the lettuce and onions, remove the skin from them with a knife. When the potatoes are cool enough, peel them.

Step 2

Gently tear the lettuce leaves into medium-sized pieces and place them on a salad bowl. This will be the foundation of our "Polyanka". Make a net of mayonnaise on top of the leaves - spill it in the form of thin cells. Note that not all of the mayonnaise (!) The mesh should go here several times.

Step 3

Cut the onion into half rings and place on a mayonnaise mesh. Cut the champignons (either in the form of neat pieces, or in the form of plates, for this, make neat longitudinal cuts) and lay them over the onion. The "clearing" should be relatively flat, so try not to protrude too wide in layers. We also make a mayonnaise mesh over the mushrooms, again, we do not spend all the mayonnaise on it.

Step 4

Grate the eggs and place on top of the mushrooms. When you grind the eggs, do not separate the white from the yolk (if you mix them again after grinding, you get gruel, and this will have a bad effect on the taste of the dish).

Step 5

On top, you need to lay out the chicken fillet. You can cut it into small pieces, or you can try to grate it, but the grater should not crumble the meat too much, the elasticity should remain. We make a mayonnaise mesh on top.

Step 6

Grind the potatoes, salt (if not salted before), mix with mayonnaise (use all the remaining mayonnaise, but at the same time only 25-30 grams, no more), spread with a spoon over the chicken.

Step 7

Sprinkle with dill on top. On dill, you can put medium-sized boiled potatoes or champignons in the amount of 4-6 pieces.
