It is necessary

  • - 1 chicken
  • - juice of ½ part lemon
  • - salt to taste
  • - 1 onion
  • - 1 tomato
  • - a pinch of thyme
  • - 1 tbsp. butter
  • - 1 small vegetable marrow
  • - 2 slices of toast bread
  • - 120 g of cottage cheese
  • - 1 tsp chopped sage
  • - a pinch of black pepper
  • - a pinch of red pepper
  • - 3 tbsp. sunflower oil

Instructions

Step 1

Wash and dry the chicken first.

Step 2

Then rub it with salt on the outside and inside, as well as thyme and paprika.

Peel the onion, cut into 2 parts, chop one half finely, then lightly fry.

Step 4

Remove the stalks from the tomato, cut it crosswise, first pour over with boiling water, then with cold water. After that, cut in half, cut one half finely, the other into slices.

Wash the zucchini, cut off the ends, cut in half. Grate one half on a coarse grater, cut the other into thin circles.

Cut the bread into cubes.

Mix cottage cheese with fried onions, grated zucchini, finely chopped tomato and bread. Season with salt, sage and pepper.

Fill the chicken with the prepared mixture and chop with toothpicks.

Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan, put the chicken in it and fry in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 70 minutes.

Add some water during frying.

15 minutes before cooking, put onion, sliced into rings, tomato wedges and zucchini slices into the pan. Sprinkle everything with lemon juice and continue to fry with the chicken.

Cut the chicken before serving and serve with vegetables.
