Step 1

Peel the onion, cut into rings, put in the pan. Fry in the remaining oil for 5-10 minutes. It is important that the onion turns golden, but not brown. Otherwise, it will taste bitter.

Place the onion in a large bowl and combine with the raw chicken egg. Grate pre-chilled melted cheese on a medium grater, put it on the filling, beat. There is no need to salt the mass, but you can add a little sugar to taste.

Smooth out the filling in a mold, cover with the second part of the dough. Lubricate the surface of the future pie with chicken yolk and put in the oven for 30 minutes at 100 degrees. Wait until the crust has acquired a golden hue, and then take it out.
