Pie with onions and bacon can be served as an appetizer on the festive table. It is also served as a separate dish for dinner. The pie is juicy and rich.
It is necessary
- - flour 250 g;
- - fat-free cottage cheese 125 g;
- - milk 4 tbsp. spoons;
- - chicken egg 1 pc.;
- - vegetable oil 4 tbsp. spoons;
- - 1/2 teaspoon salt;
- - baking powder 1 teaspoon;
- For filling:
- - leeks 1 pc.;
- - bacon 200 g;
- - onion 1 pc.;
- - vegetable oil 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - canned mushrooms 200 g;
- - chicken egg 1 pc.;
- - cream 200 ml;
- - hard cheese 150 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the bacon into small cubes. Peel the onion, cut into thin half rings. Cut the leek into slices. Drain the liquid from the canned mushrooms.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Fry the bacon slices until golden brown. Then add the mushrooms, fry for 3-4 minutes over medium heat.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a separate frying pan, fry onions and leeks. It is necessary that the separated liquid has completely evaporated. Cover the finished onion.
Step 4
Sift flour with baking powder. Add milk, cottage cheese, eggs, vegetable oil and salt. Use a mixer to knead the dough. It should lag behind the sides of the bowl. Wrap the dough with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Cover a baking sheet with parchment, spread out the prepared dough. Form small bumpers. Grate cheese, mix with cream and egg. Put the bacon with mushrooms on the dough, onion on top. Fill with cheese filling. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve, cut into portions.
