- - ready-made puff pastry - 250 g;
- - Gruyere cheese - 300 g;

- - milk - 100 ml;

Step 1
Empty the table, sprinkle it with flour and roll the finished puff pastry on it into a thin layer. Cut 6 circles from the resulting layer, the diameter of which is 5-6 centimeters. Place the dough mugs in special tartlet tins.

The dough in tins must be covered with parchment, and beans are put on it. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and send the dough there. After 15 minutes, take it out, cool and remove the beans and parchment. You do not need to turn off the oven.

With the potatoes, do the following: Wash, peel, and cut into cubes. Then pour water into a saucepan, boil it and put the chopped potatoes in there. Boil it for 15 minutes, then transfer it to a colander.
Step 4
Next, chop the garlic and grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Boiled potatoes should be crushed to puree and add milk, cheese and garlic to it. Also remember to season the mixture with salt and pepper. Transfer the resulting filling into molds and place in a preheated oven for 10 minutes. Potato tartlets are ready!
