- - sour cream 500 g;
- - gelatin 30 g;
- - sugar 300 g;
- - blueberries 300 g.

Step 1
Prepare gelatin as indicated on the package, but use no more than 1 glass of water. As a rule, preparation is to fill it with water for 1 hour, then heat it in a water bath until the crystals are completely dissolved.

Grind the cookies into crumbs with a blender or rolling pin.

Melt the butter and add to the cookies.
