  • - 200 ml of cream;

Instructions

Step 1

Combine 1/2 part of sugar with water. Put on the stove in a small saucepan and heat, stir occasionally until a transparent, golden mass is formed.

Step 2

Lubricate the cream tins with oil. Gently place the sugar syrup in refractory molds.

Step 3

Combine milk, cream, eggs, 1/2 sugar and vanillin in a separate bowl. Mix thoroughly with a blender. Pour the resulting mass into molds over sugar syrup.

Step 4

Put all this in a refractory sheet with deep edges. Add water to the middle of the molds to the sheet, it will create the effect of a water bath.

Place the sheet in an oven heated to 170 degrees. Cooking time - 35 minutes.
