Sometimes you so want at least a piece of sweet, but because of the fear of gaining weight, you have to deny yourself even the smallest joys. Do not torture yourself - there are many recipes for sweets, where there are very few calories. For example, you can make a delicious chocolate soufflé.
It is necessary
- For 4 servings of soufflé:
- - an egg;
- - 80 g of chocolate;
- - 1 tbsp. Sahara;
- - 80 g of natural fat-free yogurt;
- - 1 tsp sunflower oil.
- For the sauce:
- - 4 tsp Sahara;
- - 80 ml of milk with a fat content of 2.5% (or skimmed);
- - a little vanillin;
- - egg yolk;
- - 2 tbsp. strong coffee.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the sauce first. In a small saucepan, stir together the vanilla, coffee, sugar and milk. Put the saucepan on low heat, cook, stirring occasionally. Place the yolk in a separate cup. To it add a couple of teaspoons of the mixture from the pan and beat with a whisk. Pour the yolk into a saucepan, boil for one minute, stir the sauce and remove from heat. Cool the sauce to room temperature, cover and refrigerate.
Step 2
Now make a soufflé. Separate the white from the yolk, beat with a mixer until foamy. Slowly add half a spoonful of sugar and beat at maximum speed. Repeat a few more times until one teaspoon of sugar remains.
Step 3
Whisk the remaining sugar separately with the yolk. Melt the chocolate - this can be done in the microwave or in a water bath. Add yogurt to the chocolate, then the yolk, then the protein foam. Stir everything until smooth. Now the dishes need to be covered and placed in the refrigerator for an hour.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Prepare baking tins, grease with oil and spread the resulting mass into them. Bake for about 12 minutes. Cool the finished dessert. Before serving, you can take the soufflé out of the molds or leave it as you like. Pour the coffee sauce over the dessert.
