We need:

  • 600 g of meat (tenderloin);
  • 150 g tomatoes;
  • 50 g of vegetable oil;
  • 1 glass of cream;
  • 40 g butter;
  • 40 g flour;
  • pepper;
  • mustard;
  • salt;
  • pasta;
  • 50 g of hard cheese.

Step by step cooking

Pour water into a small saucepan and put on fire.

We take the meat, wash it and blot it with napkins. Then we cut into portions, beat each well.

Mix salt with black pepper, pour on chops, grease with mustard and roll in flour.

Now we take a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil, heat well. Fry the meat a little on one side, then on the other over high heat.

Wash the tomatoes, scald with boiling water and carefully remove the skin. Cut the tomatoes into slices, add to the meat and fry for 5 minutes.

Then mix the cream with the remaining flour and let it simmer for 3 minutes. The dish is ready.

Now let's prepare an addition to the chops - pasta. Pour salt into a saucepan with boiling water and put the noodles, stir and make sure that it does not foam. We put the finished noodles in a colander, let the water drain. We lay out on plates, season with butter, sprinkle with grated cheese on top and put our ready-made chops on the noodles, pouring sauce over them. The dish can be decorated with herbs.
