Cake "Chocolate in cherry" is amazing and unique. Cherries go well with chocolate. Prepares for a large company, but you can also eat at home. It looks very appetizing, but the taste is simply excellent, it is impossible to forget this delicacy.

- - 180 g of chocolate
- - 80 g butter
- - 300 g granulated sugar
- - 100 g flour
- - 65 g starch
- - 0.5 tsp soda
- - a pinch of salt
- - 1 liter sour cream
- - 0.5 l cherry juice
- - 10 g gelatin
Instructions
Step 1
Bake a biscuit. Melt the butter and chocolate in a steam bath. Mix sugar with yolks and beat. Combine with creamy chocolate mass. Add baking soda, starch and flour.
Step 2
Beat the egg whites and salt with a mixer until a firm foam. Pour the protein mixture into the dough and mix thoroughly. Pour into a mold and place in a preheated oven to 180 degrees, and bake for about 50-55 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven, cool and cut into three equal parts.
Step 3
Make a cream. Soak gelatin in cold water. Bring the cherry juice to a boil, add 100 g of granulated sugar, 4 tbsp. starch. Pour the gelatin into the mass and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat and cool.
Step 4
Beat the sour cream with a mixer until stiff foam. Pour jelly into the sour cream in a thin stream and stir until smooth.
Step 5
Take the form and cover it with plastic. Pour 1/3 of the cream and add the first crust, cream and crust again. Do this one more time. Cover the cake with plastic wrap and refrigerate until it hardens completely, overnight or for 8-10 hours. Remove the cake and turn it over onto a platter.
