Tea has a beneficial effect on human health not only when it is consumed traditionally - drinking a cup of freshly brewed drink. It also gives its benefits to the dishes to which it is added. And although tea leaf is a relatively new ingredient in cooking, it has a great future, because with its help unique flavor combinations are created.
It is necessary
- - beef ribs 1 kg;
- - onions 2 pcs;
- - garlic 4 tooth;
- - black tea (brewing) 2, 5 tablespoons;
- - soy sauce 70-80 ml;
- - sugar 50 g;
- - butter 50 g;
- - carnation 3 buds.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour 500 ml of boiling water over the tea leaves and leave for 5 minutes. Then strain, add soy sauce, minced garlic, sugar, and cloves.
Step 2
Cut the ribs into bones, put in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes. Transfer the ribs to the marinade, cover with cling film and refrigerate overnight.
Step 3
Place the ribs on a deep baking sheet. Add 0.5 cups of marinade. Cover with foil and bake for 1.5 hours at 170 ° C. Then remove the foil and cook, pouring over the allocated juice for 45 minutes.
Step 4
For the sauce, chop the onion coarsely and place in a saucepan heated with butter. Fry until transparent. Then sprinkle with the remaining sugar, turn up the heat and cook until the onions are golden brown. Pour over the remaining marinade and simmer for 4 minutes. Whisk the prepared sauce in a blender.
Step 5
Pour the sauce over the ribs and return to the oven for 5 minutes. Garnish with herbs when serving.
