Autumn pleases with fragrant apples! It's time to bake a traditional apple pie - charlotte. The recipe is very simple and the pie turns out to be fragrant, tender and sweet. Try it!
It is necessary
- - flour - 2 tbsp.;
- - sugar - 1 tbsp.;
- - vegetable oil - 6 tablespoons;
- - vanillin, cinnamon - to taste;
- - soda - 1 tsp;
- - citric acid - 1/4 tsp;
- - kefir - 1 tbsp.;
- - small garden apples - 10 pcs.;
- - raisins - 1 handful.
Instructions
Step 1
Start by sifting two cups of flour into a deep bowl. Add a glass of sugar, vanillin, cinnamon, one teaspoon of baking soda and 1/4 teaspoon of citric acid there. Stir.
Step 2
Pour 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the flour mixture. Stir by rubbing the oil into the mixture with your fingers.
Step 3
Add one glass of kefir to the mixture. Stir and set aside for 10-15 minutes to rise.
Step 4
In the meantime, soak the raisins. Then wash and peel the apples. Cut the apples into wedges. After 10 minutes, wash the raisins several times until the water is clear.
Step 5
Add the raisins to the charlotte dough, stir.
Step 6
Preheat oven to 180 C. Grease a baking pan with vegetable oil and dust a little with flour. Place the apples on the bottom of the baking dish, top with the dough. Smooth the surface of the charlotte with moistened fingers.
Step 7
Bake the charlotte for about 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Cut into slices and serve with apples on top.
