There is no need to tell with what joy children usually gobble up their mother's or grandmother's pies. And if the pie, with all its appetizing appearance, is also healthy …
It is necessary
- - 500 g of puff yeast dough
- - 200 g broccoli
- - 200 g green beans
- - 150 ml cream 20% fat
- - 100 g cheese Dor Blue
- - 100 g Emmental cheese
- - 200 g cherry tomato
- - 100 g wheat flour
- - 200 g cauliflower
- - 200 g frozen green peas
- - 100 g sour cream
- - 3 eggs
Instructions
Step 1
Defrost the dough and divide it into 2 equal layers.
Step 2
We moisten the layers with water each on one side, connect them with these sides, and then roll them out.
Step 3
We spread the dough into a mold so that the edges rise by 1-2 cm. Pick with a fork and put in a cold place.
Step 4
We wash the broccoli and cut along the stem.
Step 5
Divide the cauliflower into separate stumps and cook in salted water for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Cook the peas and green beans for 5 minutes. Put the vegetables in a colander and let the water drain.
Step 7
While the vegetables are draining and cooling down, prepare the sauce: mix eggs, sour cream, cream and grated cheeses on a coarse grater.
Step 8
Season the resulting sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 9
Cut the tomatoes in half, then put them, broccoli and cauliflower on the dough, filling in the gaps with peas and beans.
Step 10
We fill the pie with sauce and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
