Ingredients:

Tomato salad with sausage

Ingredients:

- 2 large tomatoes

- 100 grams of semi-smoked sausage

- 100 grams of semi-hard cheese

- 1 medium onion

- 1 clove of garlic

- dill greens (a little)

- mayonnaise

- salt (optional)

Cut the tomatoes into medium-sized slices. Cut the sausage (preferably cervelat) into thin cubes. We take a piece of cheese and rub it on a coarse grater. Divide the onion in half and cut into thin half rings. We put all this in a salad bowl and squeeze the garlic there through the garlic press. Add a little salt (to taste), season with mayonnaise and stir. Finely chop the dill and sprinkle our salad on top of it.

Green radish salad with boiled beef

Ingredients:

- 1 medium sized green radish

- 300-400 gr. lean beef

- 1 medium onion

- 1 medium raw carrot

- mayonnaise

- salt

First of all, you need to boil the beef in a little water with the addition of salt, bay leaves and a few black peppercorns. You can also add one onion here without cutting, in this case the meat will be more aromatic. Cook until the beef is tender. Cut the meat into small pieces.

Peel and grate the radish. We do the same with carrots. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Now mix all the ingredients, add a little salt and season with mayonnaise.
