To prepare cutlets, salmon fillets must be chopped. To do this, you need to get rid of the bones and chop the fish. You can chop the salmon with a knife. Then add curry and soy sauce to the salmon mince, as well as ginger and fresh finely chopped cilantro. Mix everything well until a homogeneous mass is obtained. If you use a blender, turn on the pulse mode, add salmon and other ingredients to the bowl and make into minced meat. Too small mince from salmon does not need to be done; finely chopped pieces should also be present in the mince.
