  • - veal pulp 600 g;

  • - hard cheese 150 g;
  • - dry red wine 300 ml;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the veal under running water. Pat dry with a paper towel. Cut into small slices, no more than 1-1.5 cm thick. Beat the slices from both sides through cling film.

Step 2

Transfer the pieces of meat to a bowl, add a little pepper, pour in the wine. Leave in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Prepare the vegetables at this time.

Step 3

Wash the bell pepper, remove the stalk and seeds. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly. Peel the potatoes, cut into slices.

Step 4

Transfer the pieces of veal to a colander, while leaving the marinade. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Fry the meat on both sides. Season with a little salt at the end of cooking.

Place the potatoes in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and seasonings. Spread the veal on top, then add the tomato slices and bell peppers. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the wine marinade over the casserole.

Grate the cheese. Bake the casserole at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Then sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for another 15 minutes. Serve, cut into portions.
