- - canned beans 250 g;
- - canned corn 150 g;

- - garlic 4-5 cloves;
- - tomato paste 5 tbsp. spoons;
- - parsley greens;
- - salt;
- - sugar;
- - ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the bell peppers, remove the stalk and seeds. Cut into small pieces. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes. Divide each garlic clove into 4 parts.
Step 2
Dip the tomatoes in boiling water, remove, remove the skin. Cut into large pieces. Wash the beef, pat dry with a paper towel, chop finely with a knife.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, sauté the onion and garlic, then add the beef. Fry for 7-8 minutes until the liquid evaporates.
Step 4
Add tomatoes, bell peppers, and tomato paste to the skillet. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Drain the juice from the beans and corn, put them to the meat. Add sugar and stir. Cut hot peppers into thin strips, add to the pan. Cover the dish with a lid, simmer for 15 minutes over low heat. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
