In ancient Rome, special cellars and cellars were equipped, where snow and ice were stored. In the winter they stored it, and in the summer they took it out and mixed it with fruits and berries, with syrup and honey. This is exactly how the first ice cream was made. Now you can buy ice cream in the store and make a wonderful dessert out of it by adding strawberries or currants. Better yet, make a mix of all the berries!
Cocktail "Cheburashka"
Ingredients:
- half a glass of strawberry jam;
- a glass of cold milk;
- a pack of ice cream;
- grated chocolate.
Beat the jam with ice cream and milk until foam appears. Pour the cocktail into glasses, sprinkle with grated chocolate on top.
Cream "Strawberry"
Ingredients:
- a glass of strawberries;
- half a glass of sugar;
- a glass of cream;
- a pack of ice cream.
Whisk the cooled cream with a metal whisk until it becomes thick foam. Mash strawberries with sugar. We mix everything with cream. We spread the ice cream in vases and put the strawberries and cream on top. Decorate with whole berries.
Snowball cream
Ingredients:
- a glass of red currants;
- a glass of white currants;
- 3 egg whites;
- a glass of powdered sugar;
- 1 pack of ice cream.
Beat the egg whites, gradually introducing the icing sugar. We also gradually add the berries. We spread in bowls or vases. Pour the cream on top and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Dessert "Lesovichok"
Ingredients:
- a glass of raspberries;
- a glass of blackberries;
- half a glass of blueberries;
- half a glass of sour cream;
- 2 tbsp. honey;
- a pack of vanilla ice cream.
We lay out the berries in plates or vases. Beat the sour cream with honey into a thick foam. We spread the whipped mixture over the berries. Put balls or large pieces of ice cream on top.
