A step-by-step recipe includes the following steps:

  1. We take a regular bowl in which it will be convenient to prepare the dough. Pour granulated sugar and soda into it, add chicken eggs. Mix all components thoroughly.
  2. The honey should have a liquid consistency. Therefore, you need to heat it up so that it melts. This is best done in a water bath. We put a pot of water on medium heat, set the bowl so that the bottom does not touch the liquid. Pour the honey into the upper pot and melt it until it is liquid. Add a slightly warm sweetness to a bowl of egg mixture.
  3. Combine the cinnamon with the ingredients already mixed. Use powdered spice. You can add more or less cinnamon, depending on the culinary preference.
  4. Sift the flour through a fine sieve. Add flour to the rest of the products. We make a homogeneous, slightly sticky dough.

Cookies made with this recipe can be crispy or very soft. It depends on its thickness. Thinner cookies will be crispy. If you make it thicker, it will be soft. To prepare it, you need the following products:

  • butter - 100 g;
  • granulated sugar - 100 g;
  • fresh chicken eggs - two pieces;
  • honey - 2-3 tablespoons;
  • walnuts - 100 g;
  • baking powder - 10 g;
  • wheat flour - about half a kilogram.

The baking process will be as follows:

  1. We sort out the walnuts so that no membranes or pieces of shells get caught and grind them in any convenient way. You should get a fine nut crumb.
  2. We take out the butter from the refrigerator in advance so that it melts slightly. We transfer it to a bowl where the dough will be kneaded. Pour the required amount of sugar there. Grind the food so that the sweet crystals crunch slightly.
  3. The honey that we will add to the dough must be of a liquid consistency. If it is very dense, it should be melted in a water bath or in the microwave. Add liquid honey to a bowl of butter and mix everything thoroughly.
  4. We drive in chicken eggs to the rest of the products. Stir everything well.

  2. Peel the banana and grind in mashed potatoes. Combine the fruit with drinking water and sunflower oil. Pour this mixture into the flour mass. Carefully wash the cranberries. Pour raisins with boiling water for 2 minutes, decant the liquid. We send these products to the rest.
