Step 1
Leave the potatoes for the kebab in the peel, it will be tastier. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, if necessary, scrape with a metal scraper. The amount of potatoes can be less, depending on who likes it.

Cut the bacon into slices.

Cut the washed potatoes into circles. Choose the thickness of the circles yourself, the thinner the circle, the faster it will cook. The thickness of the pieces of bacon, also to your taste.

Put the potatoes in a bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste, stir to distribute the salt and pepper evenly. It is better to use salted lard for kebabs, but if yours is fresh, then salt and pepper it along with potatoes.

It will take a maximum of 10 minutes to prepare food, so take care of the coals in advance.

Put a piece of bacon on the skewer, potatoes behind the bacon, continue alternating layers. Finish the layer with lard. When stringing, do not press the potatoes tightly against the bacon (the potatoes may not be fried).

Grill the kebab on the grill until the potatoes are fully cooked. Rotate the skewer periodically to get even browning.
