Mushrooms can be used to make incredibly delicious snacks. One of them is pickled mushrooms with onions. The beauty of this appetizer is that it is prepared very quickly and easily. Just 17 minutes for preparation, an hour for tincture - and delicious mushrooms are ready.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of small mushrooms,
- - 5 ml of vinegar essence,
- - 70 g of vegetable oil,
- - 7.5 g of salt,
- - 10 g sugar
- - 10 g peppercorns,
- - 2 bay leaves,
- - 15 g chili peppers,
- - 80 g onions,
- - 3 cloves of garlic,
- - 15 g of dill.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the champignons well and discard in a colander. After the water has drained, transfer the mushrooms to a dry skillet. Cook for seven minutes. The champignons will release liquid and stew in it.
Step 2
In a bowl, pour 5 ml of vinegar essence (70%), 70 g of vegetable oil (can be replaced with unscented sunflower), 10 grams of sugar, 7.5 grams of salt, add a little pepper (peas), two bay leaves and 15 grams of pepper cut into pieces Chile.
Step 3
Cut the onion into half rings. Pass the garlic cloves (2 pcs) through a press (you can grate or chop with a knife). Cut the remaining clove of garlic into slices. Rinse and chop the dill.
Step 4
After the liquid has evaporated from the mushrooms, pour the prepared marinade into them, cover and simmer over low heat for ten minutes.
Step 5
Then transfer the mushrooms to any convenient container (for example, a saucepan or a large bowl), add prepared onions, garlic slices and chopped herbs to them, stir, leave to cool under the lid. After 60-90 minutes, transfer the pickled mushrooms to a dish and serve with boiled potatoes. If desired, mushrooms can be rolled up in jars and left for the winter.
