There are so many pilaf recipes! Some cook it with lamb, others with chicken, others with beef and even pork. But no matter what kind of pilaf you cook, it will turn out to be very tasty.

- 200 grams of rice

- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 2-3 cloves of garlic

Instructions
Step 1
Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Peel the carrots and three on a coarse grater, you can cut into strips or slices.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion, then add the grated carrots.

Rinse the meat and cut into medium pieces. Cut the young meat into large pieces. Put the meat in the pan with the onions and carrots.

Salt the meat with vegetables, add your favorite spices and pour in a glass of hot water. We reduce the power of the fire, close the lid and cook for about half an hour. During this time, the water will evaporate, and the meat will be almost ready.
Step 5
We wash the rice until the water is transparent and put it in the pan with the meat. Add water (two to one) to the rice. Do not forget to put the garlic in the pan, add a little salt and pepper.

Cover the pilaf with a lid, add the power of the fire and cook for 10-15 minutes. Then we reduce the power of the fire and evaporate the water. When cooking pilaf, do not interfere.
Step 7
