Many may say that minced meat for kebab should be chopped - and rightly so. But this recipe suggests making the cradle "the wrong way". Try it, the kebab on wooden skewers turns out to be very tasty.
It is necessary
- Minced meat:
- 1 kg of beef
- 150 grams of fat tail fat
- 500 grams of onions
- 5 cloves of garlic
- a sprig of parsley
- a bunch of cilantro,
- 1 teaspoon of cumin,
- 1 teaspoon of ground coriander,
- fine sea salt to taste,
- ground black pepper to taste.
- 4 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.
- For pickled onions:
- 3 onions,
- 5-6 sprigs of parsley,
- 5-6 sprigs of dill,
- some salt
- a little black pepper,
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vinegar.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the beef, dry, cut into large cubes. Cut the fat tail as well. Grind the meat and fat through a meat grinder several times. Chop the meat finely with a knife or hatchet if you want.
Step 2
Chop the onions and cloves of garlic in a blender or chop with a knife.
Step 3
Combine chopped onion and garlic with minced meat. Season with salt, pepper, the rest of the spices, continue to knead the minced meat for 12-15 minutes. Form the minced meat into a ball and hit it 15 times on the table. Before each throw, collect the minced meat into a ball.
Step 4
Soak wooden skewers in a little water (about 15 minutes). Lubricate your palms with vegetable oil. Form sausages from minced meat, put on skewers.
Step 5
Put the pan on fire, heat the vegetable oil. Add the lula and fry until tender.
Step 6
Prepare the onion. Peel the onions, cut into half rings. Scald with boiling water and pour over with cold water. Rinse greens and chop finely, mix with onions. Season with salt, pepper and vinegar. Stir gently and let sit for 15 minutes. Serve the pickled onions with the kebab.
