It is necessary

  • - Minced beef - 1 kg;
  • - Bulb onion - 1 pc;
  • - Garlic - 5-6 cloves;
  • - Parsley greens - 1/2 bunch;
  • - Dill - 1/2 bunch;
  • - Cilantro - to taste;
  • - Ground black pepper - to taste;
  • - Salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

To prepare this dish, it is important to properly prepare the minced meat. Pass the beef meat through a meat grinder or defrost the finished minced meat, put in a deep bowl.

Step 2

Peel the garlic and onions, then rinse them under running cold water and chop (finely). The more onions you use to make kebab, the tastier and juicier it will be. Add everything to the minced meat.

Step 3

Also chop parsley, cilantro, dill, also add to the minced meat. Stir the minced meat well for 5 minutes, then beat it off, to do this, remove the minced meat from the bowl, then throw it back again, so continue until it becomes a homogeneous consistency and sticky enough.

Step 4

Then place it in the refrigerator for about half an hour. Because minced meat, it is pickled very quickly.

Step 5

To prevent the minced meat from sticking to your hands, lubricate your hands with vegetable oil during the formation of the kebab. And in the process of shaping the sausages, if necessary, lubricate your hands with oil again. Take a little minced meat in your hands and form a dense sausage out of it, about 4 centimeters in diameter, and the length of the sausages depends on the length of the skewers on which the sausages will be strung. Press the minced meat sausages against the skewers as tightly as possible so that they do not fall apart during frying.

Step 6

Heat the sunflower oil in a large skillet. Then put the kebab skewers in it, reduce the heat a little. Fry on all sides for 10-12 minutes until the sausages are golden brown, while constantly turning over. Do not overexpose the meat on the fire, otherwise it will turn out dry.

Step 7

Put ready hot kebabs on a dish. Serve with fresh vegetables, herbs and pita bread.
