Potato pancakes with cheese are perfect for breakfast. You can serve pancakes with sour cream or sour cream sauce with the addition of chopped garlic and herbs.
It is necessary
- 500 grams of boiled potatoes,
- one egg,
- 100 grams of feta cheese (can be replaced with any other),
- 60 grams of flour
- a teaspoon of baking powder
- a clove of garlic
- 50 ml cream or milk,
- sea salt,
- ground black pepper,
- a little parsley or dill,
- vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
We wash the potatoes and put them to cook in their uniform. Since we cook pancakes for breakfast, we cook potatoes in the evening.
We peel the potatoes and three on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Pour sifted flour into a volumetric bowl, add a teaspoon of baking powder, a pinch of fine sea salt, break one egg and pour in cream (cream can be of any fat content). Mix and add grated potatoes, a little ground black pepper, chopped garlic clove and parsley to the resulting mass. Mix again and add the crumbled feta cheese. If you are using a different cheese, add a little salt. Mix thoroughly and begin to sculpt potato pancakes.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the pancakes until golden brown. Put the fried pancakes on paper towels (so that the glass has excess oil). We lay out the pancakes in portioned plates and serve along with sour cream or sour cream sauce. A delicious and healthy breakfast is ready.
