Cheesecake - sounds very nice, but in fact it is an ordinary cake or pie, the filling of which consists of soft cheese or cottage cheese. Therefore, many are trying to diversify the classic cheesecake recipe by adding different fruits, berries and other ingredients. Apple cereal cheesecake is a delicious variation of the familiar dessert.

- - 500 g cream cheese;
- - 350 g butter;
- - 280 g flour;
- - 200 g brown sugar;
- - 180 ml of liquid caramel;
- - 100 g of sugar;
- - 60 g of oatmeal;
- - 2 apples;
- - 2 eggs;
- - vanillin, cinnamon.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour with brown sugar, add softened butter, mash with a fork to make crumbs.
Step 2
Put this mixture on the bottom of the mold (it is better to pre-grease it with oil), tamp it tightly. Bake for 20 minutes at 170 degrees.
Step 3
Whisk cream cheese with sugar, add eggs one at a time, add vanillin - 1 teaspoon is enough. Mix well. Pour this mixture over the base of the cheesecake.
Step 4
Peel fresh apples, core, cut into thin wedges, toss with cinnamon and sugar. Place the apples on top of the cheese filling.
Step 5
Mix a small amount of flour with oatmeal and brown sugar, add butter, grind into crumbs. Cover the cheesecake on top with the resulting mass, bake for another 30 minutes in an oven heated to 150 degrees.
Step 6
5 minutes before the end of cooking, reduce the heat to 130 degrees. Serve dessert by drizzling liquid caramel on top. It can be served both warm and cold.
