The multicooker always perfectly copes with any baked goods, even the most complex ones. Therefore, we suggest you prepare blueberry and cream cheese pie in this particular device. The pie will turn out to be tender, tall and very tasty. Instead of blueberries, blueberries are also suitable.
It is necessary
- For the cake:
- - 300 g blueberries;
- - 230 g flour;
- - 180 g butter;
- - 180 g of sugar;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 4 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
- - 1, 5 tsp baking powder.
- For glaze:
- - 150 g of fat cream cheese;
- - 50 g of sifted icing sugar;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream.
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk softened butter until fluffy with sugar. Introduce the eggs one at a time, adding a little flour with each so that the mass does not end up flaking. Add the remaining flour and baking powder and stir until a smooth dough is formed.
Step 2
Add sour cream to the resulting dough, stir in half of the berries. You can also take frozen blueberries.
Step 3
Transfer the dough to a greased multicooker bowl. Smooth the surface, the dough should be thick enough. Bake for 50 minutes in Bake mode.
Step 4
After the signal, do not remove the cake from the bowl - it should cool completely. Then transfer it to a dish.
Step 5
Prepare the creamy frosting: Pound the cream cheese until smooth. Pour in the icing sugar without stopping to grind the cheese mass. Add some sour cream while whisking.
Step 6
Coat the finished cake with icing, put blueberries on top, garnish with mint leaves.
