There are a lot of cheesecake recipes and each of them is unique in its own way. I offer you one more. Make a tender persimmon cheese pan. This dessert literally melts in your mouth. Be sure to please your loved ones with this delicacy!
It is necessary
- - cottage cheese - 500 g;
- - sugar - 1, 3 glasses;
- - eggs - 4 pcs;
- - butter - 100 g;
- - sour cream - 100 ml;
- - semolina - 5 tablespoons;
- - persimmon - 2 pcs;
- - starch - 3 tablespoons;
- - lemon zest - 1 tablespoon;
- - salt;
- - vanilla sugar - 1 sachet.
Instructions
Step 1
With the persimmon, do the following: remove the skin, cut into pieces and remove the seeds. Place the sliced fruit in a blender and chop. Then add 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar, lemon zest and starch to the resulting mass. Mix everything thoroughly. The filling is ready.
Step 2
Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve and combine with the following products: a glass of sugar, sour cream, softened butter and vanilla sugar. Beat this mixture thoroughly with a blender until smooth. Then add semolina to it. Mix everything well.
Step 3
Combine eggs and remaining granulated sugar in a separate bowl. Whisk this mixture thoroughly, then mix it with the curd.
Step 4
Cover the baking dish with a sheet of parchment and put the curd mass on it. The filling should be spread over the curd mass in small portions so that it is evenly distributed throughout the cheese pan.
Step 5
The oven must be preheated to a temperature of 180 degrees and the dish must be baked into it for about 1 hour. Cheesecake with persimmon is ready!
