Cooking chicken in cheese sauce in one hour. As a side dish, boiled rice is well suited to it; you can add the marinade to it, which will remain after marinating the chicken. If you like spicy dishes, then take more garlic.

- - 500 g chicken fillet;
- - 250 ml cream;
- - 250 g of processed cheese;
- - 20 ml of vegetable oil;
- - 2 oranges;
- - 1/2 glass of white wine;
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard.

Step 1
Rinse the oranges, squeeze the juice out of them. Rub the zest on a fine grater, add to the juice. Add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil, mustard, salt, dry white wine. Mix. The result is a fragrant chicken marinade.

Cut the chicken fillet into pieces, place in the marinade, keep in it for 30 minutes.

Fry the marinated chicken until tender in hot oil.

Pour the cream into a saucepan, add the melted cheese, put on a low heat. Stir until smooth, pour over the chicken, squeeze a clove of garlic into the same place.
