Chicken meat itself is a dietary product, and in combination with a fresh Bulgarian dish, it turns out not only healthy, but also very tasty. The colorful bell peppers will create a spring mood for you and your guests.
It is necessary
- - chicken 1 carcass
- - bell pepper 8 pcs.
- - walnuts 200 g
- - 3 cloves garlic
- - onions 5 pcs
- - boiled eggs 2 pcs
- - greens
- - flour 2 tbsp. l.
- - vegetable oil
- - apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
- - Bay leaf
- - salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse and boil the chicken in a saucepan of water, adding the onion, bay leaf, and salt. Cook over low heat for about 45 minutes.
Step 2
After the specified time has elapsed, remove it from the broth, cool and separate the meat from the bones.
Step 3
Finely chop the meat, pepper, salt and fry in a pan with vegetable oil until cooked.
Step 4
In a saucepan, sauté the finely chopped onion until golden brown, add flour and sauté for about 2 more minutes. Then pour in 200 ml of broth and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat until thickened.
Step 5
Add chopped walnuts, chopped boiled eggs, finely chopped garlic, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper to taste into the resulting sauce. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 6
Peel the bell peppers from the stalks and seeds, cut in half and fill with the chicken filling.
Step 7
Add the sauce to the previously fried chicken pieces. Fill the bell pepper halves with the resulting mixture. The dish is ready to eat, garnish with herbs when serving.
