There are many cake recipes. Unusual and interesting are the cakes designed in the shape of a house. The ingredients for them can be very different. Everything will depend on the skill of the hostess and her imagination. Some types are baked and then decorated with all kinds of powders and other sweets. Others are made from cookies, gingerbread and other things. The resulting culinary masterpiece is especially popular with kids.

- For the test:
- eggs (3 pcs.);
- condensed milk (1/2 can);
- sugar (1 tbsp.);
- vinegar (1/2 tsp);
- flour (2 tbsp.);
- sour cream (1 can);
- soda (1 tsp).
- For syrup:
- sugar (1 tbsp.);
- water (1 tbsp.).
- For the cream:
- sugar (3 tablespoons);
- thickener sour cream (3 sachets).
- For decoration:
- sweet straws (600 gr);
- sweet small tubes (500 gr);
- green coconut flakes (2 sachets);
- square biscuits (4 pcs.)
- chocolate (1 pc.);
- dried apricots (250 gr);
- colored sprinkles.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a deep bowl and mixer. Beat eggs and sugar until white foam forms. Add sour cream and soda, quenched with vinegar. Mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Open a can of condensed milk and pour half into the resulting mixture.
Step 3
Sift the flour through a sieve and add it to the rest of the ingredients. Mix everything well. Knead the dough.
Step 4
Divide the dough in two. Remove the baking sheets, place parchment paper on top of them, and place the dough on top of it. Place in a preheated oven. Bake 2 cakes for twenty minutes (depending on your oven). After they have cooled, cut each cake into two parts.
Step 5
Make a syrup. Boil water with sugar. You can add two to three tablespoons of brandy to the syrup.
Step 6
Prepare the cream. Beat the sour cream with a thickener and sugar to make a light airy cream.
Step 7
Soak all four cakes well with syrup. Put one cake on a large tray, brush it with cream. Fold the whole cake in this way.
Step 8
On top of the last cake, lay a straw (1/4 part), having previously dipped it in the cream. Make a roof out of the remaining straw.
Step 9
Make a door from a piece of chocolate, and windows from a cookie.
Step 10
Smear the space near the house with cream. Lay on it a path to the door of dried apricots.
Step 11
Form grass from coconut flakes, and flowers from sprinkles. Make a gate from the remaining piece of chocolate, and a fence from small tubes. Bon Appetit!
