Oysters with apple-pepper sauce are an appetizer that goes well with any festive table. It is easy to cook - in 50 minutes, it turns out delicious, aromatic, original!
It is necessary
- For two servings:
- - fresh oysters - 6 pieces;
- - cider - 1/2 cup;
- - one apple;
- - Bulgarian red pepper - 1/2 piece;
- - shallots - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - chopped parsley, apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp. spoon;
- - black pepper - 1/4 tsp.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the oysters well first. Then put them in a saucepan, add cider, bring to a boil. Cover with a lid, cook over high heat - all oysters should open.
Step 2
Transfer the oysters to a plate. Let them cool down for thirty minutes. If some oysters have not opened, then just remove them.
Step 3
Do not rush to pour out the liquid from the oysters - strain it, mix two tablespoons of liquid with chopped pepper, apple, chopped shallots, parsley. Add apple cider vinegar, pepper and salt.
Step 4
Remove the top shell from the oysters and place the other halves on the plates. Serve the apple and pepper sauce separately with the appetizer. Bon Appetit!
