It is necessary
- - 1 light-salted herring
- - 2 small sweet and sour apples
- - 1 small onion head
- - 1 small round bun
- - milk
- - a handful of shelled walnuts
- - 3-4 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
- - 1-1, 5 tbsp. tablespoons of vinegar
- - 1 tbsp. spoonful of sugar
- - a pinch of salt
Instructions
Step 1
Clean the herring from skin, entrails and large bones. Soak in cold milk while the rest of the ingredients are cooked.
Step 2
Break a round bun into pieces and soak in warm milk, then squeeze.
Step 3
Dry the nuts in a dry preheated skillet.
Step 4
Coarsely chop the apples, peeled and core, and the onion.
Step 5
Fold the herring, apples, onions, bun and nuts into a blender bowl. Grind until smooth. It only takes a few seconds.
Step 6
Season the forshmak with vinegar and oil, salt and sugar.
