    • sour cream 15% - 2 tbsp. l.;
    • butter - 2 tbsp. l.;
    • tomato puree or paste - 4 tbsp. l.;
    • salt
    • red and black pepper to taste.
    • Tomato sauce:
    • tomato puree - 4 tbsp. l.;
    • green onions - 10 g;
    • onion - 1 piece;
    • sugar and salt to taste;
    • butter or margarine - 2 tbsp. l.;
    • sour cream - 50 g;
    • broth or water - 500 g;
    • flour - 50 g.
    • Tomato and Pepper Sauce:
    • fresh tomatoes - 300 g;
    • fresh bell peppers - 300 g;
    • salt and sugar;
    • Tabasco sauce - 1/3 tsp;
    • vegetable oil;
    • garlic - 2 cloves;
    • cilantro - 20 g.

Step 1

Red sauce in broth

Melt the butter in a skillet. Sprinkle flour in an even layer, fry it until light yellow.

Put a saucepan of broth on the fire. Pour a ladle of liquid into a skillet with flour and rub with a spoon so that there are no lumps.

Pour the contents of the skillet into the boiling broth. Add nutmeg, lemon juice, salt and stir.

Crack and loosen eggs in a bowl. Add a little broth to them and stir again.

Fry the onions in oil, add the tomato paste or mashed potatoes, simmer for two minutes.
