  • For a salad with salted mackerel and vegetables:
  • - 1 head of purple onion;
  • - 1 carrot;
  • - 1 salted mackerel;
  • - 4 chicken eggs;
  • - 200 ml of water;
  • - 7 tbsp. mayonnaise;
  • - 1 tbsp. table vinegar;
  • - 4 potatoes;
  • - salt, pepper to taste;
  • - 0.5 tsp Sahara.

Step 1

To make a sauerkraut salad, place it in a skillet with sunflower oil. Fry lightly on it. Pour in the vegetable broth, simmer for 20 minutes over low heat, not forgetting to stir. Remove the skin from the mackerel, remove the backbone along with the rib bones. Cut it into pieces, take out the small bones. Put the fish in a salad bowl, on top of it - cabbage, stir gently and sprinkle with lemon juice. After 20 minutes, the salad can be tasted.
