Mussel lovers will love this simple and quick recipe that requires only fresh vegetables, wine, herbs and a little apple cider vinegar.
It is necessary
- Ingredients for 4 persons:
- - 1 kg of mussels in shell;
- - half a glass of white wine;
- - a quarter of a lemon;
- - a tomato;
- - half of a young onion;
- - half a red pepper;
- - a clove of garlic;
- - carrot;
- - a few sprigs of oregano and parsley;
- - olive oil;
- - Apple vinegar.
Instructions
Step 1
We wash the mussels, put them in a saucepan, fill them with wine, squeeze out the lemon juice. We put on fire, cook after boiling for 4-5 minutes so that the mussels open up.
Step 2
Cut all vegetables into very small cubes, and chop the greens.
Step 3
For the gravy, mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil and a spoonful of grape vinegar. Beat them with a fork, add salt and pepper if desired.
Step 4
We transfer the cooled mussels to the bowl. Mix vegetables and herbs with vinegar sauce and add to mussels. Stir so that each mussel is in the gravy. Serve the dish chilled, garnished with a sprig of herbs.
