- tangerines - 2pcs;
- apple - 1pc;
- celery root - 1pc;
- banana - 1pc;
- natural yogurt.
- Fantasy salad:
- strawberries - 100g;
- lemon zest;
- liqueur - 1 tablespoon;
- sour cream;
- watermelon pulp - 100g;
- grapes - 100g;
- plum - 2 pcs.
Instructions
Step 1
Exotic salad
Take a medium sized pineapple. Slice the fruit lengthwise into two equal pieces. Using a knife, stepping back 1 cm from the peel, remove the pulp. Peel the pear and cut into cubes. Drizzle with lemon juice to keep it from darkening. Chop the rest of the fruit and place in a separate container. Add 1 tablespoon of liquor and stir. Place the salad in the prepared pineapple halves and season with cream. Refrigerate dessert for 1 hour.
Step 2
Drunk Melon Salad
Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds with a spoon. Separate the pulp and cut into cubes. Place in a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Stir lemon juice with white wine and season salad. It is not customary to combine melon with other foods - it can harm digestion.
Step 3
Mint Breeze salad
Rinse the gooseberries with running water and pat dry with a paper towel. Peel the bananas and cut them into thin slices. Place the fruit in a separate bowl and add a tablespoon of mint liqueur. Stir and season with natural yogurt or cream.
Step 4
Autumn Joy salad
Peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater. Stir in the honey and lemon juice. Chop the walnuts and sprinkle on the apples. Then season the salad with the honey mixture. Put the dish in the refrigerator and in an hour you can serve it to the table.
Step 5
Brazilian salad
Peel the tangerines and divide into wedges. Chop apple and celery into strips, banana into slices. Combine all the salad ingredients and season with sour cream or natural yogurt.
Step 6
Fantasy salad
Prepare a dressing. In a food processor, combine strawberries, sugar, sour cream, and liquor. Optionally, add a pinch of cinnamon to add a spice to the sauce. On a fine grater, grate the lemon and orange zest and mix with the dressing.
Cut the fruit into slices and place in a salad bowl. Add the sauce and stir the salad.
