- - 400 ml of milk;
- - 150 ml of sugar;
- - 400 ml whole grain flour;
- - 1 tsp baking powder;
- - 1 tsp vanilla extract;
- - 1 tbsp. strong aromatic alcohol (for example, rum);
- - 150 ml of vegetable oil;
- - 100 g of your favorite nuts.
Instructions
Step 1
To begin with, heat the milk in the microwave and soak the dried fruit, peeled from the seeds, until soft (I left it for an hour). If the dates are initially soft, this item can be omitted.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grind the dates with milk with a blender until smooth. Then add vanilla extract, brown sugar, salt and alcohol to the bowl. Stir again. Add oil, mix again until smooth.
Step 3
Grind the nuts into medium crumbs. Sift the flour with baking powder and add to the liquid ingredients, then add the nuts. Put the dough in a mold and bake for 45-50 minutes. We check the readiness with a wooden torch.
