It is necessary

  • - 150 g butter;
  • - 2 kg of fresh pumpkin;
  • - 6 pcs. cloves of garlic;
  • - 20 g brown sugar;
  • - 10 g of ground cinnamon;
  • - 10 g cumin;
  • - 5 g allspice ground pepper;
  • - 5 g ground nutmeg;
  • - 5 g of black ground pepper;
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Take a ripe pumpkin, wash it in lukewarm water, let it dry a little and cut. Use a sharp knife to carefully cut off the peel. You need to cut off no more than two to three centimeters, only a thick, hard crust. Remove the seeds from the core with your hands. Try not to remove the fibers in the core, they contain a lot of vitamins and give the pumpkin a delicate sweetish taste. Cut the peeled pumpkin into equal pieces of seven to eight centimeters.

Step 2

Wash the garlic, peel and grate on a fine grater. You can use a garlic press or blender. Take a small ceramic mortar and a hard pestle. Pour cumin into the mortar and chop, when the seasoning becomes fine, add black pepper, ground nutmeg, allspice to it and mix everything.

Step 3

Heat the butter well in a heavy-bottomed skillet. Add the mortar and cinnamon seasoning mixture, ginger, garlic and sugar to the butter. Stir and fry until sugar melts, remove from heat.

Step 4

Put baking paper on a baking sheet, put pumpkin, add a little salt to each piece. Using a brush, brush each bite with the spicy butter mixture. Bake for twenty minutes. Remove, turn over, grease again and bake again for twenty minutes. The finished pumpkin can be served with the rest of the spices.
