Beat the chicken egg with granulated sugar, add the lemon zest. Toss the flour with the oatmeal and cinnamon powder. Combine all the prepared three mixtures - you get a thin dough, cover it with a film, let stand for 1 hour at room temperature. During this time, the dough will thicken, the flakes will swell.

Grease the multicooker bowl with butter (you can cover it with a non-stick mat or baking paper), pour out the dough. Turn on baking mode for 1 hour. At the signal of readiness, let the plum sauce cool slightly, then cool on the wire rack.

Rinse the prunes, dry, cut. Mix 50 ml of plum jam and some lemon juice in a cup, heat the mixture, add the chopped prunes.
Step 6
Cut the gingerbread into two parts, layer with prunes, press down.
Step 7
To prepare the glaze, pour a bag of powdered sugar with cinnamon into a bowl, add 3 teaspoons of lemon juice, stir. Apply cinnamon-lemon fondant to the top and sides of the gingerbread, and let it dry a little. After that, you can serve a gingerbread for tea.
