Pork with oranges is cooked in a pot, so all the nutrients in meat and oranges are preserved. It turns out a very aromatic dish from a minimum of ingredients.
It is necessary

- - 3 oranges;
- - 1 onion;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of ghee and flour;
- - bay leaf, pepper, salt.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190-200 degrees.

Heat the ghee in a clay pot.

Rinse the pork, cut into small pieces, add to the pot. Salt, pepper, add flour, mix.

Close the pot with a lid, place in the oven, simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Pour a small amount of hot water into the pot so that it completely covers the meat. Simmer until half cooked.
Step 6
Peel the oranges, remove the seeds. Cut into large slices, lightly fry in oil. Fry the chopped onion separately.
Step 7
Add onions and oranges, bay leaves to the pot to the meat. Simmer until the meat is fully cooked.
